The team behind Leicester Square Theatre are celebrating the return of The Great Yorkshire Fringe, with a one-off London gala jam-packed with this year's top festival headliners. Offering a sneak peek for (soft) Southerners and £1 off tickets for thrifty Yorkshire folk, the evening offers a stellar line up of comics with headliner Paul Foot and performances from Mitch Benn, Tony Slattery, Robert Ross, Paul Sinha, Alice Fraser, Rahul Kohli, Ben Pope, John Pendal, Craig Campbell, Harry & Chris and Charlotte Brooke. Festival favourites the Thinking Drinkers will also be taking to the stage to toast God's own county with Northern tipples from York's first gin distillery, York Gin.
Billed as 'lovingly ripped off from the classic comedy film Monty Python and the Holy Grail', SPAMALOT kicks off Cygnet Theatre's sixteenth season. With book and lyrics by Monty Python actor Eric Idle, music by John Du Prez and Eric Idle, directed by Sean Murray with musical direction by Terry O'Donnell and choreography by Katie Banville, the production runs June 27 through August 5. The Country Music Association reveals the initial artist lineup for this year's CMA Fest, featuring an exceptional bill of hundreds of artists performing on 11 stages throughout downtown Nashville Thursday through Sunday, June 7-10.
Taking the nightly NISSAN STADIUM stage this year are Country Music superstars Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Brothers Osborne, Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Dan + Shay, Charles Esten and Friends, Florida Georgia Line, Dustin Lynch, Old Dominion, Jon Pardi, Carly Pearce, Charley Pride, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, Ricky Skaggs, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Lee Ann Womack, and Brett Young. Several acts join this year's Nissan Stadium lineup for the first time with full sets and special performances including Brown, Combs, Dan + Shay, Old Dominion, Pardi, Pearce and Young. In addition, Lauren Alaina and Bebe Rexha will make guest appearances. Stadium gates open daily at 6:00 PM with performances starting at 8:00 PM.
