Zoe Perry

Zoe Perry is an actress known for her work in television and theater. After beginning her career with guest roles on series including Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Cold Case, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, NCIS, and Liv and Maddie, she returned to California to pursue stage work. Her theater credits include The Other Place on Broadway alongside her mother, Laurie Metcalf, and Anna Christie at the Odyssey Theatre Ensemble opposite her father, Jeff Perry, as well as productions of The Lieutenant of Inishmore, The Autumn Garden, End Days, Good Television, and The Way West.

Perry gained wider recognition with recurring roles in The Family and Scandal before being cast as a younger version of Mary Cooper in the CBS sitcom Young Sheldon. Although the role had previously been played by her mother on The Big Bang Theory, Perry earned the part through an audition. She starred as Mary Cooper throughout Young Sheldon's seven-season run, earning a Critics Choice Television Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series, and reprised the role in the spinoff Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage.
