Quincy Tyler Bernstine is an American actress and audiobook narrator. She began her screen career with an appearance on Chappelle's Show in 2004, followed by roles in Law & Order: Criminal Intent in 2005 and HBO Voyeur Project and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in 2007.

Quincy Tyler Bernstine is an American actress and audiobook narrator. She began her screen career with an appearance on Chappelle's Show in 2004, followed by roles in Law & Order: Criminal Intent in 2005 and HBO Voyeur Project and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in 2007. She appeared as Josephine Baker in Great Performances in 2009.


Bernstine made her film debut in Rachel Getting Married and Life in Flight in 2008. She subsequently appeared in Red Hook Summer in 2012. Her 2014 film credits include Da Sweet Blood of Jesus, Hungry Hearts, While We're Young, Ned Rifle and Still Alice. She appeared in Manchester by the Sea in 2016 and Easy Living in 2017. In 2021, she appeared as Mary in the filmed production of Marys Seacole and as Sidney's Mom in The Tender Bar. Her subsequent film credits include Allswell in New York and White Noise in 2022.

Her television work continued with roles in The Leftovers, Madam Secretary and The Strain in 2014, followed by Blue Bloods, Cooperation, Elementary and The Good Wife in 2015. In 2016, she appeared in The Blacklist. From 2017 to 2020, she played Tameika Robinson/Tameika Washington in 17 episodes of Power. She appeared in The Code, High Maintenance and Modern Love in 2019, as well as Ray Donovan from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, she reprised the role of Tameika Washington in Power Book II: Ghost.

Bernstine appeared in The Equalizer and Evil in 2022 and played Madeline Anderson/Documentarian in Julia from 2022 to 2023. In 2023, she appeared as Mrs. Robertson in Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies. Her later television credits include And Just Like That... in 2025, in which she played Grace for three episodes, and Devil in Disguise: John Wayne Gacy in 2025, in which she played Dr. Healy in an uncredited appearance. In 2026, she appeared in Furious as Nora Washington.

Bernstine's theater credits include Matt & Ben in 2004 as Ben; A Small, Melodramatic Story and (I am) Nobody's Lunch in 2006; The Misanthrope in 2007 as Éliante; In the Next Room (or The Vibrator Play) in 2009 as Elizabeth; Ruined and Family Week in 2010; born bad in 2011; and Red-Handed Otter and We Are Proud to Present a Presentation... in 2012.

Her other theater credits include Mr. Burns in 2013 as Quincy, Neva in 2013 as Masha, Grand Concourse in 2014 as Shelly, 10 out of 12 and The Nether in 2015, Peer Gynt and Small Mouth Sounds in 2016, and As You Like It in 2017. She appeared in Our Lady of 121st Street and The Amateurs in 2018, followed by Marys Seacole in 2019. Her later stage credits include Evanston Salt Costs Climbing in 2022 as Maiworm, Doubt: A Parable in 2024 as Mrs. Muller, and Well, I'll Let You Go in 2025 and 2026 as Maggie.

In 2021, Bernstine provided the voice of the Collector/Taneleer Tivan in three episodes of the podcast Marvel's Wastelanders: Old Man Star-Lord.
