Liz Coin is a NYC-based improviser, actor, and comedian originally from Bettendorf, Iowa. Liz holds a BA from Northwestern University and is a proud Second City alum. As a professional silly goose, Liz has appeared on stages and screens around the country – notably, The Second City, The Annoyance, The Den Theatre, The PIT, Magnet Theater, and regional sketch tours. She tours with “Broadway’s Next Hit Musical” as their emcee.
She is headed on tour with here solo show, “Lizzy Sunshine” with sold out performances in 2024-2025, so go see it now before her Broadway dreams come true!
Liz believes that laughter is the best medicine and she’s ready to fill your prescription! Liz teaches improv in rehab centers (and beyond) with a special focus in bringing sunshine to those touched by addiction. With her unwavering welcoming energy, audiences feel like they’re all on the same team. You might cry, but you WILL laugh, and we'll do it together!
