This December, Theatre Peckham's Christmas show will be The Wonderful, a Wizard of Oz meets Black Panther inspired reimagining of L. Frank Baum's classic tale. Artistic Director Suzann McLean, in collaboration with actor and writer Geoff Aymer, stage this truly representative adaptation celebrating the vibrant community in which Theatre Peckham serves.

Leicester's Curve theatre has announced plans to extend its streamed run of The Color Purple – at Home due to audience demand. Produced in association with Birmingham Hippodrome, the musical will now stream online until Tuesday 16 March.

James Quaife Productions today announces that the world première production of Paul Harvard's debut play GHBoy is now available to stream online via Vimeo on Demand. Filmed on 15 December 2020, the day before a lockdown cut short the production's run at Charing Cross Theatre, the recorded version will be available from 1 March.

Curve is now streaming The Color Purple online. The production is led by T'Shan Williams as Celie, with Danielle Fiamanya as Nettie, Karen Mavundukure as Sofia, Ako Mitchell as Mister and Simon Anthony Rhoden as Harpo. Also returning to Curve is Carly Mercedes Dyer, joining the cast as Shug Avery.

Due to England entering lockdown beginning Thursday, November 5, the world première of Paul Harvard's debut play GHBoy at the Charing Cross Theatre will open tomorrow, with two sold out performances running on 4 November as scheduled. It will then reopen on 5 December, with previews from 3 December, and running until 20 December 2020.
