The Canadian shows will follow Rateliff’s performances of “A Night of Leonard Cohen with the Colorado Symphony” for their Imagination Artist Series, taking place at Denver’s Boettcher Concert Hall on April 5 and 6. All performances will feature support from pianist Phil Cook, the virtuosic folk musician and frequent collaborator of Rateliff’s.

Social Distortion and Bad Religion have announced a co-headline tour. With additional support from The Lovebombs, the two iconic bands will join forces to bring their signature sounds and beloved catalogs to stages across the continent, showcasing their enduring legacy and influence on the punk rock movement.

Today, the Folk Americana Roots Hall of Fame (FARHOF), Boston's living music museum inside the Boch Center Wang Theatre, announced the Bruce Springsteen: Portraits of an American Music Icon, and Legends of Folk, Americana, Roots exhibits.

The EP features a selection of unreleased songs recorded during The Future sessions as well as the new track “Buy My Round.” All songs on the new record are produced by Bradley Cook (Bon Iver, Kevin Morby, The War on Drugs) and R.M.B., the production trio of Rateliff, Patrick Meese and James Barone (Beach House).

Kicking off on August 1 in Pittsburgh, Rateliff and the band will perform at Minneapolis’ Surly Brewing Festival Field, Cleveland’s Jacobs Pavilion and Raleigh’s Red Hat Amphitheater as well as multiple dates at Denver’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Chicago’s The Salt Shed and Missoula’s Kettlehouse Amphitheater.

All songs on the What If I EP were produced by Bradley Cook (Bon Iver, Kevin Morby, The War on Drugs) and R.M.B.—the production trio of Rateliff, Meese and James Barone (Beach House). In addition, the track “Slow Pace of Time” features The Preservation Hall Jazz Band’s leader and clarinetist, Charlie Gabriel.

Known for an effortless blend of mind-blowing guitar playing, soulful voice and impeccable songwriting abilities, Mayer has lit up the charts with numerous massive hits such as “New Light,” “Gravity,” “Love on the Weekend,” “Heartbreak Warfare,” “Daughters,” “Waiting on the World to Change,” “Last Train Home,” and “Your Body Is a Wonderland.”

Co-produced by Anastasio and Vance Powell and remixed by Powell, the 18-track, 145-minute new anthology collects varied acoustic and electric highlights from the event, spanning solo material, Trey Anastasio Band favorites, and unique versions of classic songs from the Phish catalog. DEAD & COMPANY is launching its 2023 summer tour on Friday, May 19th and Saturday, May 20th in Los Angeles. The band - Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, John Mayer, and Bob Weir, with Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti – will perform two sets of music drawing from the Grateful Dead’s historic catalog of songs.

Today, Steve Earle shares his soulful rendition of Jerry Jeff Walker’s classic tune “Mr. Bojangles.” On JERRY JEFF – Earle’s forthcoming 10-track collection set for release on May 27 via New West Records – he pays tribute to Walker, the influential cowboy troubadour who passed away on October 23, 2020. After performing in Texas at a concert celebrating Walker’s life, Earle took his band, The Dukes, to Electric Lady Studios in New York, where they recorded 10 of Walker’s songs.
