"Dead Man's Cell Phone" is by Sarah Ruhl, one of the hottest young playwrights on today's American theater scene. She was the recipient of a MacArthur "Genius" Award, as well as a Pulitzer Prize finalist. "Cell Phone" was a hit Off-Broadway with Mary Louise Parker ("Weeds") and was one of the top five most produced plays in 2011 in regional theaters across the country. The Waterfront now brings this wonderfully vibrant piece to the Keys community. The New York Times called it "A beguiling comedy with surprising twists and turns."

Nation, THE PIANO LESSON will be presented at Andrews Living Arts, 23 NW 5TH St. Fort Lauderdale, 33301, Feb. 17 & 18 at 8:00 PM and Feb. & 19 at 3 PM. This production will feature some of the finest actors in the South Florida area.

This world famous musical group is made up of two groups of brothers: Nicolas and Andre Reyes, the sons of renowned flamenco artist Jose Reyes, and their cousins, Jacques, Maurice and Tonino Baliardo. They are the offspring of Spanish gypsy families that fled to France in the 1930s to escape Spain's Civil War. In 1987, The Gipsy Kings released their debut album which introduced the world to "rumba Gitano" - the sound of South American rhythm married to flamenco guitars. The Gipsy Kings have had a series of international hits, starting with the song "Bamboleo," but at heart they remain gypsies, the proud descendants of an ancient people who seduced the world with music and dance.

Born and raised in Brazil, Paulo Szot made his opera debut 1997 and has appeared with many major opera companies throughout the world before starring in the Broadway revival of South Pacific at Lincoln Center Theatre, earning him the Tony Award, the Drama Desk, the Outer Critic's Circle and the Theater World Awards for his portrayal of Emile De Beque. In the 2008-2009 season Mr. Szot made his New York Philharmonic debut in a concert conducted by Marvin Hamlisch appearing alongside Liza Minnelli. After making his highly acclaimed Metropolitan Opera debut, he also made his Carnegie Hall debut with the New York Pops Orchestra. Mr. Szot has performed in the Allen Room at Jazz at Lincoln Center as part of the American Songbook Series and, in 2010 and 2011, at the Cafe Carlyle in New York.
