The Future Stages Festival will take place on June 15, 2025, at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, showcasing Kansas City's diverse youth talent in the performing arts. This free event features hundreds of young artists from various community arts organizations across multiple stages, including Helzberg Hall, Muriel Kauffman Theatre, and the Saint Luke’s Outdoor Stage. In the spirit of community engagement, the festival also hosts engaging arts activities for attendees of all ages. Applications for youth performance groups are open until March 3, 2025, encouraging participation from local schools and organizations.
