Jazz vocalist Karen Mack returns to Birdland Jazz Club on May 4, 2026, with an evening that blends contemporary jazz repertoire, reimagined standards, and original music by leading female songwriters including Val Hawk, Rosana Eckert, and Grammy Award winner Nicole Zuraitis. The show features Mack's signature storytelling, humor, improvisation, and musical interplay, with support from Andy Ezrin on piano, Pete McCann on guitar, Matt Aronoff on bass, Mark McLean on drums, Dave Mann on saxophone, and special guest vocalist/pianist Elliot Roth. Mack has performed at Carnegie Hall and Jazz at Lincoln Center, and her most recent album, Catch and Keep, produced by Peter Eldridge of the Grammy-winning New York Voices, was celebrated on the Birdland stage in 2024.
