Marinas Menu & Lifestyle:  BLENDABELLA Makes Hummus and Guacamole Great

It's football season, back to school days, and fall festivals are happening. That means lots of get-togethers with friends and family. BLENDABELLA by Giorgio is the product you need to make your favorite foods even more delicious. It's the new way to enjoy diced Portobello mushrooms that are perfectly blended with savory vegetables and herbs. There are three varieties that include Zesty Mexican, Rustic Tuscan and Coconut Thai. We took two of our favorite dips, hummus and guacamole and added flavorful BLENDABELLA to make them even more savory. Hummus with Coconut Thai BLENDABELLA

It's the creamy, slightly spicy hummus dip you've been craving!

Ingredients:

-1 15-ounce can of chickpeas

-1 clove of Garlic

-2 tbsp. olive oil

-2 tbsp. of lemon juice

-½ tsp. salt

-½ tsp. pepper

-4 tbsp. Coconut Thai BLENDABELLA

Method:

-Drain Chickpeas and reserve liquid

-Put chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth.

-Blend in reserved liquid as needed to get your desired consistency.

-Fold in 2 tbsp. Coconut Thai BLENDABELLA

Serving:

Put hummus in a serving dish and top the center with 2 tbsp. Coconut Thai BLENDABELLA. Serve with pita, chips, veggies, or your favorite dippers.

*Note: You can also use other varieties of BLENDABELLA to accent your homemade hummus. It's also wonderful when you make it with their Zesty Mexican or Rustic Tuscan.

Guacamole with Zesty Mexican BLENDABELLA and Bacon

BLENDABELLA and bacon makes guacamole even more cravable!

Ingredients:

-2 ripe avocados

-2 tbsp. olive oil

-2 tbsp. lime juice

-½ tsp. chili powder

-½ tsp. garlic powder

- ¼ cup of real bacon bits or crumbled bacon

-5 tbsp. Zesty Mexican BLENDABELLA

Method:

-Mash your avocado to your desired consistency

-Mix in olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, and garlic powder

-Fold in 2 tbsp. of Zesty Mexican BLENDABELLA and bacon bits

Serving:

Put guacamole in a serving dish and top the center with 3 tbsp. of Zesty Mexican BLENDABELLA. Serve with Tortilla chips, veggies, or your favorite dippers. It's also fantastic on burgers.
