DEVIL WEARS PRADA and ONCE UPON A ONE MORE TIME have both been rumored for the Lunt.
As always, a show's run depends on its advance (tickets sold for future performances). My hunch is that whatever replaces it has hopes to open before the end of 2022, otherwise this might have waited it out until Labor Day.

I feel DWP would be good for this, but since this has become the jukebox house, Once Upon makes sense too. It’s a good location for tourists to see the theatre marquee clearly, and lots of seats so I suspect either of these.
DWP previews in October, late November/Early December opening?

'Once upon a one more time' is ready to hit Broadway, whereas 'Devil wears Prada' still needs to see how it goes after the tryouts, right? I was told OUAOMT would be hitting Marquis Theatre to replace Beetlejuice but it has better chances to become a hit at the Lunt
I'm sure this will do well on tour but this is sad news nonetheless. Maybe they'll offer touring roles to members of this company since the tour starts in September.
As for the Lunt, I know it's a long shot but since they announced a 12 week London run, could the Beauty and the Best revival be an option later this year?

Yeah, DWP is a title that should be able to survive the winter and might be best to avoid the mad-dash of April openings. But that leaves little time to revise after Chicago; it will close there August 21. Or could have a limited fall/holiday run of a concert or an aging rocker or something.

Who on earth is saying Once Upon a One More Time is ready for Broadway? The book is abysmal, and the sets and costumes look like something out of a bad high school production.

There's a subjective matter of what show is ready for Broadway based on its quality, and then a factual matter based on money raised, creative team holding their schedules, a deal with a theatre owner, preparing advertising and ticket sales, etc. I didn't see ONCE UPON in DC, but it sounds like it's as good as it will ever be and no amount of tinkering is going to make this thing a critics' darling.

Have u even seen it the previews? It got great reviews and it proved to be smashing hit (previews even got extended in DC due to tickets demand). Are there things that can be fixed in the musical? Absolutely and that's what tryouts are for.
And yes, whether you like it or not the musical ready to hit Broadway, and even one of the actors confirmed last month OUAOMT is opening by the end of this year so...

I'd still love to see Love Never Dies take this theatre or the Broadhurst
It still wouldn't surprise me if OUAOMT takes either the Sondhiem or Marquis by the fall."
I thought AIDA was going to open in Germany this year. I know they had a national pre-Broadway tour booked starting at Papermill Playhouse but that got nixed. In either scenario, I think we're a long way from an AIDA revival.

AIDA is a few years away now. It'll premiere in Germany, then have a US tour, then (hopefully) Broadway by 2024. Disney's next Broadway venture is Hercules, then the Beauty and the Beast revival.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
Does anyone have any insight as to what the current Tina alternate schedule is? Is Nkeki Obi-Melekwe doing all performances except Wednesday and Saturday matinees?
