54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents "24@54' on May 25 at 9:30pm. Hosted by Obie award winning writer-composer Polly Pen (Bed and Sofa, Arlington) it will feature original songs from NYU's Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program's cycle 24. Proceeds for the concert will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Organizer Marella Martin says, "This concert represents our public entry into the musical theatre community. We are so happy that the proceeds will go to benefit that community through Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS"

Contributing writers include Liz Barnett, Ross Baum, John Blaylock, Kate Chadwick, Angelica Che?ri, Lane Dombois, Jonathan Fadner, Sarah Fiete, Ani Garcia, Eloise Govedare, Peter Hodgson, Edison Hong, Orian Israelsohn, Ayesu Lartey, Minhui Lee, Clara Luthas, Marella Martin, Ariel Mitchell, Greg Moss, Casey O'Neil, Timothy Parker, Emily Roller, Aferdian Stephens, Paulo Tiro?l, Peter Michael von der Nahmer, Aleksandra Weil, Kathleen Wrinn, and Mehmet Salih Yildirim.

With performances by Dana Aber, Ross Baum (RANGE Acapella), Renee Claire Bergeron, Jane Bruce, Kimbirdlee Fadner, Zoe Blair Friedman, Jessie Gill, Tamar Greene (The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess, national tour), Mallory Hawks, Divya Maus, Emmy Raver-Lampman (Jekyll & Hyde, A Night With Janis Joplin), Jed Resnick (Rent, national tour), Lexi Rhoades, Doug Shapiro, Olivia Wendel, Remy Zaken (Spring Awakening) and musical directed by Edison Hong.

Cycle 24 of the Graduate Musical Theatre Writing in "24@54' plays 54 Below (254 West 54th Street) on May 25 at 9:30pm. There is a $20 cover charge and $20 food or 2 beverage minimum. The Class of 2015 (aka Cycle 24) at NYU's MFA Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program have spent two years in windowless rooms, living on fast food, striving for the most perfect rhymes, probing the most surprising chord progressions.

Join them for a concert celebrating their hard-won matriculation, featuring all-new songs from 18 all- new 'thesis musicals.' There's bound to be something for everyone!
