Actor Who Lent Voice to Disney's ALADDIN Returning for 'Full House' Reboot

Actor Who Lent Voice to Disney's ALADDIN Returning for 'Full House' RebootScott Weinger, who portrayed the high school beau of the oldest Tanner daughter DJ in ABC's family sitcom FULL HOUSE, turned to Twitter today to reveal that he will return for the upcoming Netflix reboot of the show.

The actor captioned a photo taken from the first table read of FULLER HOUSE (at left): "This is not a drill, people. This is happening!"

Many know Weigner best as THE VOICE behind Disney's 1992 animated title character, ALADDIN. In recent years, he has spent his time behind the camera and has written episodes of Black-ish, GALAVANT and 90210.

His Full House character, Steve, was first introduced to viewers during the show's fifth season. He went on to become a series regular until his fictional alter ego went off to college. He did make an emotional return in the series finale, as DJ's surprise prom date.

While the twitter photo reveals that the actor will portray 'Steve' once again on the show's newest incarnation, no details have been revealed as to role the character will play in DJ's adult life.
