Teradici PCoIP Now Available as Part of New Amazon Web Services Desktop Offering
Teradici, the developer of the industry-leading PCoIP technology for virtual workspaces, today announced that Amazon Web Services (AWS) is using PCoIP in its new desktop-as-a-service offering. The new service, Amazon WorkSpaces, was introduced and demonstrated during today's opening keynote at the AWS re:Invent conference in Las Vegas.
Amazon WorkSpaces, a fully managed desktop computing service in the cloud, allows customers to easily provision cloud-based desktops that give end-users access to the documents, applications and resources they need with the device of their choice, including laptops, Kindles, iPads and Android tablets.

Amazon WorkSpaces uses Teradici's cloud-optimized PCoIP technology, which easily scales to meet customer requirements, and provides best-in-class security and a superior user experience over a range of networks.
