Daisy Eagan, Max Crumm and More Debut New Broadway Sessions 'Beach Party' on Fire Island, 5/30

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano.

This Monday (Memorial Day) night, May 30th, Broadway Sessions begins its new weekly summer residency at the The Ice Palace in Cherry Grove, Fire Island. The Broadway Sessions "Beach Party" will run every Monday through Labor Day at 9pm and features new Broadway guests each week. Kicking off the season are special guests Daisy Eagan, Max Crumm, Travis Kent and special guest musical director Kyle Branzel.

  • Daisy Eagan won a Tony award (at age 11) for her performance as Mary Lenox in The Secret Garden. She recently returned to her "garden" roots playing Martha in the acclaimed Secret Garden concert at Geffen Hall. Eagan has appeared in numerous television and film roles and has enjoyed runs of her 3 one woman shows throughout her career.
  • Max Crumm was the winner of NBC's "Grease-You're the One That I Want" and played Danny in the subsequent Broadway revival. Max starred as Matt in the Fantasticks and most recently starred in Disaster! on Broadway. Travis Kent recently made his Broadway debut in Disaster!. Before that Kent was featured in the Queen of the Night at The Diamond Horseshoe.
  • "Beach Party" audience members will be invited to take part in open mic throughout the 2 hour show


Broadway Sessions "Beach Party" takes place every Monday evening from 9-11pm at The Ice Palace located at 1 Ocean Walk, Cherry Grove, NY. There is no cover charge for this event.
