WICKED, the West End stage musical phenomenon that tells the untold story of the Witches of Oz, has become the ninth longest-running production in West End history, following the completion of Saturday's matinee performance.

The worlds of stage and screen united at the Apollo Victoria Theatre this weekend when Jon M. Chu, the director of the Wicked film, and this year’s epic conclusion, Wicked: For Good, stepped on stage to meet the London company.

Wicked has released a new series of photographs, entitled ‘5 Minute Call’, which document members of the company making their final preparations ahead of the curtain going up.

Recently, we had the chance to chat with Zizi about taking on the role of Glinda the Good Witch. We discussed what it has been like to join the legacy of the show, some of the challenges of playing Glinda and even her favourite moment from the show!

WICKED, the West End and Broadway musical phenomenon that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, will welcome Michael Fenton Stevens (The Wizard), Graham Kent (Doctor Dillamond), and welcome back former cast member Laura Harrison (Standby for Elphaba) to London’s Apollo Victoria Theatre from Tuesday 12 March 2024.

WICKED is celebrating 17 years since its London premiere on 27 September 2006 at London’s Apollo Victoria Theatre. The production has also released over 500,000 new tickets, extending public booking to Sunday 15 December 2024.
