As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Pretty Woman will end its run at the Nederlander Theatre today, August 18, after 27 preview performances and 421 regular performances.

BroadwayWorld has learned that the original Broadway production of Pretty Woman will end its run at the Nederlander Theatre on Aug. 18. PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL will have played 27 preview performances and 421 regular performances by its final performance on Sunday, Aug. 18 at 7:30pm. The new musical began performances on Broadway on July 20, 2018, and opened a month later on Aug. 16.

The second international production of PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL will open in 2020 on London's West End. The hit musical PRETTY WOMAN will pay homage to legendary recording artist Roy Orbison by bringing the world-renowned masterpiece 'Oh, Pretty Woman', penned by Roy Orbison & Bill Dees, into the show in celebration of the 55th Anniversary of the venerable track.

It has just been announced that Jillian Mueller will take over the coveted role of 'Vivian' in the hit Broadway musical, stepping into the iconic boots of both Julia Roberts and Samantha Barks.

Charlie Pollock (Violet, 9 to 5, "The Good Wife") will join the cast of PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL, in the role of 'Philip Stuckey,' beginning June 11, 2019. Jason Danieley's final performance will be Sunday, June 9, 2019.

Broadway's Los Angeles love story PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL will launch its North American Tour in Providence, Rhode Island in October 2020, at the Providence Performing Arts Center.
