The Barn Theatre in Cirencester and Piers Cottee-Jones have released rehearsal photos for their new outdoor production of the Kander & Ebb musical revue The World Goes ‘Round.

Olivier Award winner Jessica Swale is reworking an adaptation of the classic ballet for the screen with Felicity Jones (ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY) in the lead, Deadline reported.

Two classics return to the big screen in August at The Ridgefield Playhouse.  Captured live from Moscow, Tchaikovsky's essential masterpiece Swan Lake will have an encore in HD screening on Sunday, August 16 at 4pm.  One of the most of the most-beloved ballet in the classical canon, this technically challenging ballet is filled with vibrant emotion.

Karen Kain, Artistic Director of The National Ballet of Canada, and Barry Hughson, Executive Director, today announced the cancellation of the June season. The world premiere of Swan Lake, directed and staged by Ms. Kain, originally planned for June 5 to 21, 2020, will take place June 11 to 27, 2021.

Theatre in the Round Players (TRP) continues its 68th Season with Barbara Field's adaptation of Charles Dickens' classic Great Expectations, in weekend performances from March 20 through April 12. 

Trustus Theatre will continue their 35th Anniversary Season and their 'In the Round' series with the production of Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson.

Theatre at St. Luke's opens its 9th season with the classic comedic drama Steel Magnolias, by Robert Harling. As part of the 243rd season of the iconic ballet company, several productions by the Bolshoi Ballet are again being broadcast on cinema screens across sixty countries.
