Fun Home - US Tour

Based on Alison Bechdel's best-selling graphic memoir of the same name, Fun Home, the 2015 Tony Award-winning Best Musical, features music by Jeanine Tesori, book and lyrics by Lisa Kron, and direction by Sam Gold, all of whom won 2015 Tony Awards for their work on this production.

Robert Petkoff will play Bruce, Susan Moniz will play Helen and Kate Shindle will play Alison.

It is time for Robert Kelley to take a richly-deserved curtain call. June 30th will be his last day as Artistic Director of TheatreWorks Silicon Valley after a mind-blowing 50 years in that role. It is not hyperbole to state there isn't another individual who has had a more profound influence on the Bay Area theatre landscape. Kelley founded TheatreWorks as a scrappy, community theater company in April, 1970 and guided its transformation over the years into a Tony-winning powerhouse and nationally-recognized incubator of new works. BroadwayWorld had the pleasure of speaking with Kelley earlier this spring to discuss his half-century history with TheatreWorks.

De hoofdrollen zijn weggelegd voor Brigitte Heitzer en William Spaaij die voor het eerst samen in een musical te zien zijn. Verder zijn Joy Wielkens, Ad Knippels, Job Greuter en Julia Herfst te zien in deze inventieve, humoristische, maar ook meeslepende musical. De vertaling en regie zijn in handen van Koen van Dijk en Marco Braam heeft de muzikale leiding. Falsettos speelt woensdag t/m zondag van 28 oktober t/m 8 november 2020 in de Wim Sonneveld zaal van DeLaMar Theater.
