The long-running revival of Kander and Ebb's Chicago returned to its home at Broadway's Ambassador Theatre tonight!

Earlier today, stars of Broadway's Chicago, Bianca Marroquin & Ana Villafañe, joined Broadway League President Charlotte St. Martin in a ceremonial lighting of the iconic Empire State Building in celebration of Broadway’s reopening.

Casting for the Broadway company of CHICAGO was recently announced, featuring Ana Villafañe as Broadway's next Roxie Hart, Bianca Marroquín in her debut in the role of Velma Kelly, Tony Award-winner Lillias White as Matron 'Mama' Morton, Raymond Bokhour as Amos Hart and Ryan Lowe as Mary Sunshine.

Tony Award Winner Paulo Szot will return as “Billy Flynn” to Chicago when performances resume on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the Ambassador Theatre.

Announced in the show's lead roles were Ana Villafañe as Roxie Hart, Bianca Marroquín as Velma Kelly, and Tony Award-winner Lillias White as Matron 'Mama' Morton.

Producers Barry and Fran Weissler have just announced casting for the Broadway company of CHICAGO, which resumes performances at the Ambassador Theatre (219 W 49th St, NYC) on Tuesday, September 14th. Leading the company will be Bianca Marroquín making her debut in the role of Velma Kelly, Tony Award-winner Lillias White as Matron “Mama” Morton, Raymond Bokhour as Amos Hart and Ryan Lowe as Mary Sunshine. Casting for the roles of Roxie Hart and Billy Flynn will officially be announced soon, but according to an Instagram post from casting office Stewart/Whitley, Ana Villafañe will play Roxie.
