The Philadelphia Orchestra and the Kimmel Cultural Campus has announced a community partnership with the Philadelphia Office of the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) — an organization that envisions a nation where all Americans have equal access to a college education that prepares them for rich intellectual lives, competitive and fulfilling careers, engaged citizenship and service to the nation. A portion of ticket sales from two shows in early 2023 – DRUMLine Live and Marvel Studios’ Black Panther – will benefit UNCF.

Single tickets for the North Charleston POPS! 2022-2023 season shows will go on sale Monday, August 22 at 10 AM. The season features something for everyone. The shows are: LAKISHA JONES: QUEENS OF ROCK & SOUL on Saturday, September 24; STAR SPANGLED EVENING! on Saturday, November 12; DANCE PARTY! on Saturday, January 28; MAESTRO FAVORITES on Saturday, March 25; and SUPER HEROES! on Saturday, April 29.
