Almost Famous – Original Broadway Cast Recording will be released on March 17, 2023.  Available now for preorder on CD and 2-LP vinyl, the album is produced by Scott M. Riesett, Tom Kitt and Cameron Crowe, and features original music by Kitt with lyrics by Crowe and Kitt. 

THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW, book, lyrics and music by Richard O'Brien, is his homage to B movies of horror and science fiction. This fantastical romp of a musical is packed with archetypal characters, hackneyed tropes and references that should have no resonance with contemporary youth. It's been a cult favorite for its entire half-century existence.

The episode will also feature an interview with Academy Award and Grammy Award winner Cameron Crowe, who wrote the book and co-wrote the lyrics for the new musical based on his film of the same name. The cast includes Chris Wood, Solea Pfeiffer, Drew Gehling, Rob Colletti, Casey Likes, and more.

Bryan Ferry’s eighth solo studio album ‘Taxi’ is being re-issued for the very first time since its initial release in March 1993. The album will be available on limited edition yellow vinyl, and on CD in a limited edition Japanese-style oversized card sleeve, with new artwork overseen by Bryan. Pre-order the album now!

Classic Stage Company's A Man of No Importance will extend its run due to popular demand. Previously set to close on December 4, the musical will now close on Sunday, December 18.

Almost Famous has cancelled their October 18 at 8pm performance. Performances will resume as scheduled on October 19 at 8pm. The production stars Chris Wood, Tony Award® nominee Anika Larsen, Solea Pfeiffer, Drew Gehling, Rob Colletti, and introducing Casey Likes.

Almost Famous is now in previews at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre, the new musical featuring 15 Broadway cast debuts, with a book and co-lyrics by Academy Award® winner Cameron Crowe, based on his iconic film. It’s astounding, time is fleeting, madness takes its toll. . .no it’s the opening weekend of Padgett Productions THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW. The cult musical, which has become a Kansas City favorite, has been ushering in the Halloween season for several years. I have been in the audience at least once (most years twice) each season and am glad to report it gets better every year. I don’t know if it is the witches and goblins of Halloween or the creative genius of Nick Padgett the Artistic Director that makes it unique each year, but it is the time of year for magic.
