Preview performances of five plays begin on February 28, and the 2020 season will continue through Nov. 1, with six more plays opening in the spring and summer.

The Secret Policeman's Orange Fuzzy Ball, a team trivia night & parody story inspired by the creative talent of Monty Python. This theatrical presentation of a trivia tournament promises to present an interactive trivia experience for all tournament participants. A storyline follows all trivia rounds, and features side show acts, musical numbers, and a loving tribute to Terry Jones. The trivia will be presented by actors performing as John Cleese, Terry Jones, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, and Graham Chapman. Doors open at 6pm for dinner and socializing, trivia competition begins at 7pm.

This revived version of the family-favorite is an adaptation of four classic stories from award-winning Carle, including The Very Lonely Firefly, Ten Little Rubber Ducks, Brown Bear Brown Bear, and-of course-The Very Hungry Caterpillar. It debuted in Australia in 2015 and has performed all over the world since then, from the UK to Dubai. Along the way, the show has garnered rave reviews. Never In My Lifetime, by Shirley Gee, is a Romeo and Juliet style love story, set in the mid 1970s amid the backdrop of the brutal conflict between the English and the Irish (The Troubles). As expected, there are no villains or martyrs in this war-torn stretch of Northern Ireland. Everyone becomes his brother's enemy. It is a story of survival and the indomitable human spirit in Belfast, a city reminiscent of any in the world where there is violence and conflict.

The Oregon Shakespeare Festival today announced new program alignment and leadership for its newly renamed OSF Artistic Engagement department, which continues lifelong learning, audience expansion, and community engagement through its existing programs. The newly launched OSF Artist in Residence (AiR) program provides an array of collaborative opportunities and experiences with OSF's teaching artists. Robert C. Goodwin is now Director of Artistic Engagement: Education and Community; Kirsten Giroux is Associate Director of Artistic Engagement: Education and Community Curriculum & Instruction; Russell Zook is Associate Director of Artistic Engagement: Education and Community.
