The Words Will Come is a multisensory theatrical experience exploring dyslexia through the story of a young Iranian-American girl navigating language, school, and identity. As letters slip and flip around her, the audience is invited inside the dyslexic mind through projection, soundscape, and physical storytelling. Along the way, an unexpected guide appears: Albert Einstein. Inspired by creator Melody Erfani’s own experiences growing up with dyslexia, the play explores both the challenges and creative strengths of thinking differently. Post-show talkbacks will explore dyslexia, neurodivergent learning, and arts education.
