Due to essential building works requiring the temporary closure of the Peacock Theatre, the originally scheduled March engagement of I’m Every Woman – The Chaka Khan Musical will no longer proceed.

Multi-platinum recording artist and award-winning actress Alexandra Burke will play Chaka Khan in I'M EVERY WOMAN THE MUSICAL, the powerful and inspiring life story of the award-winning, multi-platinum selling, global icon herself.

Entertainment is rotten business. Never mind all the allegations against big (normally male) names that regularly appear on our screens, superstardom is a road paved with dubious morals and forced subduedness. From Demi Lovato to Miley Cyrus, from One Direction to Boyzone, regardless of your gender, the industry will chew you up and spit you out.

Children of Eden takes its inspiration from The Book of Genesis and tries to humanise a well-known story that at times can feel distant in a modern world.

The Prince of Egypt has this week been filmed live at London's Dominion Theatre by Universal Pictures Content Group. Plans for its broadcast will be released at a later date. The live capture of Scott Schwartz's production is directed by Brett Sullivan and produced by Dione Orrom.

Featuring festive favourites from the musical theatre cannon, traditional carols, and more, the concert will be hosted by Tom Read Wilson and Dolly Diamond, with musical direction by George Francis and BSL translation by Paul Whittaker alongside a host of West End stars. 

The Prince of Egypt has released all new production photos, featuring Oliver Lidert, who stars as ‘Jethro’ from tonight (Monday 18 October 2021), and Nardia Ruth who is now playing ‘Nefertari’.  

THE PRINCE OF EGYPT, based on the classic DreamWorks Animation film, will play its final performance at London’s Dominion Theatre on Saturday 8 January 2022, the end of its booking period. Extra shows have been added on 20, 21 and 28 December 2021 at 2.30pm.

Nardia Ruth will join the production as Nefertari from Friday 17 September 2021. Nardia is a 2021 graduate of London’s Royal Academy of Music and a Disney Theatrical Productions Scholar and an Ian Fleming Musical Theatre Award recipient. The role of Nefertari in The Prince of Egypt will mark Nardia’s professional and West End debut. 

The Prince of Egypt has once again been forced to cancel upcoming performances due to Government-enforced COVID-19 legislation. Performances through 7 August have been cancelled at this time.

Following the current temporary suspension of performances due to Government Track and Trace legislation, the production will play three socially distanced performances on Wednesday 21 July at 7.30pm and Thursday 22 July at 2.30pm and 7.30pm before gradually reverting to full capacity.

Ticket buyers will be contacted by their point of purchase via email, and will be offered the option to exchange their tickets or receive a refund or credit voucher. Learn more here!

The West End production of THE PRINCE OF EGYPT has reopened ticket booking from 2 November 2020 to 4 September 2021. Audience members can now book tickets for the Stephen Schwartz musical - a stage adaptation of the Dreamworks animated film - during that period at London's Dominion Theatre.
