Wicked, the West End and Broadway musical phenomenon that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, tonight (28 September 2021) celebrates 15 years at London’s Apollo Victoria Theatre. 

Wicked, the West End and Broadway musical phenomenon that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, is pleased to confirm the returning cast that will lead the award-winning production back into London’s Apollo Victoria Theatre where it resumes performances on Wednesday 15 September 2021.

Set in a Subway train in New York city, at 3am, the story follows Joe, who can't sleep and endlessly journeys through the night, and Jamie, who can't wait to zone out from the world on the A-Train. A relationship blossoms at the dead of night in brief moments of connection as the scene replays night after night.

HATCHED! is a fun, family musical about female empowerment, set on a mythical island where, for many years, the female birds have been denied the right to fly. We follow the story of one rebellious bird who dreams of flying free and taking her daughter on adventures. She decides it is time for change and, along with many friends and allies, fights for flight and equality!

MTFESTUK 2021sets out to promote quality artistry, showcasing new musicals to UK audiences with a view to elevating them to full production, and giving audiences an insight into the process of creating new work and the art of collaboration.

The show features songs from Dear Evan Hansen, Six, Little Shop of Horrors, West Side Story, Girl From The North Country, The Wiz, Jagged Little Pill and many more.

The Barn Theatre today released the debut recording of the song “Only A Moment” by composer, lyricist and performer Matthew Harvey, featuring West End stars including Courtney Stapleton, Tyrone Huntley, Alexia Khadime & Emma Kingston.

First Date: The Musical, starring Samantha Barks as Casey and  Simon Lipkin as Aaron will arrive exclusively on BroadwayHD on February 12th.  The production, directed by Dean Johnson and produced by Lambert Jackson productions, was live streamed for a limited time in October 2020 from the world renowned Crazy Coqs, a music venue in London.  This is the first time the production will be available to fans since the limited engagement this past fall.

Lambert Jackson will bring back the online concert series Leave A Light On for a more intimate run from 12 to 26 January showcasing a range of talent across the industry.

KidZania London in collaboration with Louis Rayneau today announce that, despite tier 4 restrictions in London, the show will go online, and their pantomime Cinderella will now be streamed in homes from today until 3 January. For just £15 the production can be watched multiple times over 7 days.

Riverside Studios is presenting programming for its inaugural Christmas season, which included an evening of unplugged performance with West End Acoustic featuring SIX’s Maiya Quansah-Breed and Renée Lamb, Wicked’s Nicholas McLean, Jesus Christ Superstar’s Tyrone Huntley and Dear Evan Hansen’s Oliver Award-winning Sam Tutty.

KidZania London in collaboration with Louis Rayneau today announce Cinderella as part of Secret Christmas at KidZania London - a programme of festive activities for children over Christmas. Cinderella the pantomime was filmed earlier this year at KidZania London, an indoor city run by kids at Westfield Shepherd's Bush, and it will be screened at the KidZania Theatre, from 5 December 2020 until 3 January 2021.

Lambert Jackson Productions and Crazy Coqs recently opened a virtual production of the Broadway musical First Date. Dean Johnson directs Samantha Barks (Casey), Oscar Conlon-Morrey (Man #2), Rufus Kampa (Young Aaron), Simon Lipkin (Aaron), Nicholas McLean (Man #1), and Danielle Steers (Woman #1).

Austin Winberg's musical First Date was first seen on Broadway in 2013. It's a classic American story of two mismatched singletons in New York - Aaron and Casey - who end up on a blind date, and all the complications that come with that.
