The Wallis and Hayloft Productions Presents A Staged Reading Of CHOICE

A staged reading of CHOICE written and directed by Tony Award nominee and Drama Desk Award-winner Winnie Holzman (Wicked, 'My So-Called Life'), starring Allison Janney (I,Tonya, 'Mom'), Lisa Kudrow ('Friends,' 'The Comeback'), Tony Shalhoub ('The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,' 'Monk'), Paul Dooley (Sixteen Candles, 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'), Madeline Wise (HBO's 'Crashing') and Raviv Ullman ('Phil of the Future,' 'Rita Rocks') will be performed at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at 7:30 pm in The Wallis' Bram Goldsmith Theater, in collaboration with Hayloft Productions.

Wait... Let's Have Fun! is an hour of stand-up comedy from gay, ridiculous comedian and internet personality Tim Murray (50 Shades the Musical Off-Broadway, Voldemort the Musical Off-West End). Growing up a closeted gay boy in middle-of-nowhere Ohio, Tim is constantly trying to be the cool girl in school, even at 31. He delves into the true story of being cat-fished on the internet by someone pretending to be Britney Spears when he was 11 and his current day job: teaching acting to child models. The show is an hour long escape of heavy laughter and finding the fun in everything!

Justin Sayre Returns With THE MEETING - Celebrating 10 Years In Cabaret at Joe's Pub

Justin Sayre returns to Joe's Pub with another edition of their long-running Queer Variety Show, The Meeting. Sayre is celebrating 10 years since the formation of The Meeting in 2009, the show went on to become the longest running LGBTQ variety show in New York. Sayre will offer stories and songs with a host of downtown royalty, from Angela DiCarlo, Nadia Quinn, Amber Martin, and Phillip Taratula as Pam Goldberg on Friday night, December 6th. And Nathan Lee Graham, Natalie Joy Johnson, Dane Terry, Zachary Clause and Shane O'Neill as Jane Johnson. Tracy Stark will be Musical Director.

Celebration Theatre Will Present Justin Sayre's RAVENSWOOD MANOR

Celebration Theatre, the nation's longest running LGBTQ theatre, will produce Justin Sayre's Ravenswood Manor, A Camp-Horror-Soap-Opera in October 2019, for a six-week run. Directed by Tom DeTrinis and Jessica Hanna, Ravenswood Manor is an episodic theatrical event with a new episode of the ever-unfolding adventure premiering each of the six-week run.

Groundlings Sunday Company Brings Sketch Comedy to Soap Operas

The Groundlings Sunday Company is returning to the stage with a brand-new show on August 4: Sundays of Our Lives. Love stories, family troubles and suspenseful adventures embroil the denizens of the Sunday Company in every form of comedy. It's a fun cast, brimming with new talent from the top level of The Groundlings School. The show will run every Sunday from now until October 27 and tickets are $16.

Nadia Quinn, Josh Sharp, Phillip Taratula Join RAVENSWOOD MANOR

Nathan Lee Graham (Zoolander, "LA to Vegas") Nadia Quinn (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson), Josh Sharp (Comedy Central's "The Opposition"), and Phillip Taratula ("The Outs") have joined the cast of Justin Sayre's camp-horror-soap-opera Ravenswood Manor at JOE'S PUB on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28 at 9:30 PM. After premiering at the venue last fall, Ravenswood Manor will be continued with episodes 7 thru 9 on Saturday, and episodes 10 through 12 on Sunday.

Taylor Louderman, Will Swenson, Mamie Parris, Ann Harada, Jason Gotay, Laura Michelle Kelly and More Announced For THE MUNY's 101st Season

BroadwayWorld has learned that The Muny announced today 25 principal cast members for the first season of its second century. Complete company casting will be announced throughout April and May. The 101st season opens on a brand new, state-of-the-art stage with Muny favorite Guys and Dolls followed by the U.S. regional premiere of Kinky Boots. The season continues with 1776, Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella, Footloose and a newly-reimagined Lerner and Loewe's Paint Your Wagon. Season 101 closes with the highly-anticipated Muny debut of Roald Dahl's Matilda.
