Westport Country Playhouse will present a Script in Hand playreading of A TAILOR NEAR ME, featuring L.A. Law alumni Michael Tucker, Jimmy Smits, and Jill Eikenberry. Tucker also wrote the comedy about an unlikely friendship between a customer and a tailor.

Manhattan Theatre Club's American premiere of Punch, by James Graham, celebrated opening night at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre just last week. Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts held its Summer Gala on Saturday, July 8, at Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor with Lifetime Achievement Awards honoring Julie Andrews, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick.
