In the time since his acclaimed 2020 release, Fire Sign, Braxton has been busy writing and releasing new material, touring around the U.S., and expanding his sonic palette working on collaborations with producer Jahaan Sweet (production credit on Taylor Swift’s “Lavender Haze” and Giveon’s “Tryina Be”) and contemporaries like Kiefer and Masego. 

“Adonis” is a song about no-good boyfriends which Adi describes as “an intervention from your girlfriend.” Sonically, the track blends soul-powered vocals with trumpet-laced jazz rhythms and retro-futurist production that has become a hallmark of Adi’s production work with her partner Morgan Wiley under the moniker Nightshade.

Transcendence Theatre Company has announced the lineup for its 2023 season of outdoor musical performances: The Beat Goes On, The Full Monty, and An Enchanted Evening. The Transcendence Theatre Company summer season at Jack London State Historic Park in Glen Ellen, CA, begins June 16 and runs through September 17, 2023.

Agender share the second version of their 'Top Bottom Top' remixes, this time, featuring eclectic, funky Melbourne producer, Harvey Sutherland, out now. The forthcoming four track EP will include re-imagined versions of their queer disco-club soundtrack 'Top Bottom Top.,' featuring some of the best electronic DJs and producers.

LA-based post-punk four-piece Agender share the first track, a remix by Le Tigre's JD Samson. The first remix comes a month after the release of their sophomore LP, No Nostalgia, out everywhere now. The band is made up of Australian lead singer Hoffman, bassist Cristy Michel, drummer Christy Greenwood and synth player Sara Rivas. 

Raven Theatre, Chicago’s newest Equity-affiliated theatre, will open its 40th Anniversary Season with a fresh take on Noël Coward’s iconic 1930 comedy Private Lives, directed by Ian Frank, playing September 29 – November 13, 2022 on Raven’s 85-seat East Stage.

California Wine Country's award-winning Transcendence Theatre Company returned once again to the incomparable Jack London State Historic Park to celebrate its 11th season. And what better way to celebrate than through dance. Dream punk band Glacier Veins are reconnecting with nature in latest single “Embers.” The song, inspired by smoke-filled skies caused by widespread wildfires in 2020, reminds us that we have the purpose and power within our lives to create a more meaningful space for ourselves and the world around us.

The Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir under the direction of Terrance Kelly, is excited to present their 36th annual holiday concert, SING JOY!, the first in-person event in almost 2 years. The free concert will take place outdoors at Jack London Square's Broadway Plaza on Saturday, December 4 at 4 p.m.

Spring Cleaning by Frederick Lonsdale, a spicy comedy about infidelity, began previews September 2, 1923 at Detroit's Bonstelle Theatre. But the play has never been seen in Wisconsin, until now. Even the film adaptations once screened here are now considered lost.
