Regional: Rocky, The Musical (Rocky Balboa) and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (Brick) at Philadelphia’s historic Walnut Street Theatre. Beautiful as Gerry Goffin (Ogunquit Playhouse, Tuacahn Center for the Arts), Jersey Boys as Nick Massi (Ogunquit Playhouse, Fulton Theatre, Maine State Music Theatre), White Christmas as Bob Wallace (Lexington Theatre Company), Goodspeed Opera House, Asolo Rep Theatre, Gloucester Stage, Music Theatre Wichita, and more. Their final show of the season is the Tony Award-winning Jersey Boys, The Story of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, which tells the rags to riches story of the original New Jersey boy band, The Four Seasons. Director Glenn Casale has helmed another must-see show this summer, and it’s fitting to close this exciting season with such an iconic title.
