Larry Lelli Biography
Larry Lelli is one of the top-call freelance drummers in NYC, and a veteran Broadway drummer & conductor of over 30 Broadway shows, recently performing in “A Christmas Story”, and “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying” with Nick Jonas, of the Jonas Brothers. His extensive Broadway history includes the 12-time Tony Award winning hit, "The Producers", “Assassins”, “Jekyll & Hyde” and as drummer, contractor, bandleader and onstage actor in the smash-hit rockabilly show, “Million Dollar Quartet”. Often called a "musical chameleon," his eclectic resume includes recordings & performances with Grammy-winner Melissa Etheridge, Daniel Radcliffe, Josh Groban, Vanessa Williams, Benny Andersson & Bjorn Ulvaeus (ABBA), Heather Headley, The Mamas & The Papas, Anika Noni Rose, Lee Rocker (Stray Cats), Audra McDonald, Megan Hilty, (NBC’s “Smash”), Bernadette Peters, Darlene Love, Sebastian Bach, Multi-Platinum Nashville star Doug Stone, Larry Gatlin, Laura Osnes, Ray Benson (Asleep At The Wheel), Pinkard & Bowden, virtuoso jazz pianist Geoff Keezer, indie rockers SuffraJett, and the nationally acclaimed Cedar Avenue Big Band. Continuing their mission of curating history by bringing back ghosts of musical theatre past in staged concert performances, F/54B wisely chose the Zellniks' beautiful patchwork quilt of pastiche, put it on their tiny stage and gave friends, fans, and a few newbies a look back at a show that looks back at a time when MGM musicals offered wholesome family entertainment and real soldiers did a lot of foot-tapping... but weren't dancing.

In celebration of Tony Award-nominated composer Paul Gordon's recent relocation from Los Angles to New York City, Paul has released an archived and unknown video from his time as a pop Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter in the 1990s. Co-written with former rock band TOTO frontman, Joseph Williams, (and recorded with much of the TOTO band), the song 'I Am Alive', features Paul's rocking vocals and brilliant writing.
