On September 4th, the club will present a 54 Sings night dedicated to the super popular band Sammy Rae & The Friends with an exciting cast that features former 54 solo artists, actors from the Broadway stage, and even 54 Below's own Cassi Mikat, returning for the first time since completing grad school.

54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, will present 54 Sings Sammy Rae and The Friends on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 9:30pm. What happens when you mix a little classic rock, folk, funk, soul, and jazz with a collection of dreamers and artists that consider themselves family? You get the high-energy, spirited, and unrestrained music of Sammy Rae & The Friends.

Lauren Kidwell, who plays Mother Abbess in the US National Tour of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s 'The Sound of Music,' reprises the same role in the Asian tour engagements of the beloved family musical, which plays the Samsung Performing Arts Theatre at Circuit Makati until March 26, 2023.

Without the house managers, what would life at the cabaret be like? Well, not quite as nice, that's for sure.

The BWW Cabaret Awards honor exemplary performers and productions in New York from October 1st, 2019 to September 30th, 2020. One of the joys of attending shows at Feinstein's/54 Below is getting to know the staff, many of whom are artisans in the field of show business. Cassi Mikat is one of the bright lights of a night in the Midtown Manhattan clubs, and an artist of note with her eye, firmly, on the prize.
