Horse Trade Theater Group Presents A Very Yoga Christmas

Joe Yoga's annual all-star variety Christmas show returns to Under St. Mark's Theater with free cupcakes, a Steely Dan dance party, double-blind Secret Santa, and a set by the greatest rock and roll band in the world, Coach.

Featured performers include Joe Yoga, Coach, Killy Dwyer, Mike Milazzo, Tim Warner, Jillian Thomas, Umberto MacDougal, Jon Savoy, Jen Perney, John Murdock, Michelle Leona-Godin, Eric Clark, Bill Chambers and many more to be announced!

Presented by Horse Trade Theater Group, The 4th Annual A Very Yoga Christmas will perform one night only at UNDER St. Marks (94 St. Marks Place between 1st Ave and Ave A) on Thursday, December 22 at 8pm. JOE YOGA is an artist and producer based in New York City. As a singer/songwriter he regularly plays venues all over NYC and beyond. He released his most recent album, Life Out East, in September 2010 and his previous album "The Dreamless Sea", is available for free download at bandcamp.com. He plays bass in Killy Dwyer's punk performance-art comedy rock supergroup Kill the Band and also in Coach, his side project with Stewart's Andrea Tarka. He is also a regular featured performer at John Murdock's God Tastes Like Chicken. As a stage performer he was recently featured in Natalie Underwood's Buckle Up, in Kill the Band (Audience Choice Award Winner, 2010 Frigid Festival) and Ramblings of a Gentleman Scumbag (Imperial Award / Donor's Choice, 2010 Frigid Festival).

HORSE TRADE THEATER GROUP is a self-sustaining theater development group; with a focus on new work, it has produced a massive quantity of stimulating downtown theater.
