Eight well known doo wop groups will perform in this memorable event including Fred Parris & The Satins, The Original Chantels, Emil Stucchio & the Classics, Willie Winfield's Harptones, Cleveland Still & The Dubs, Johnny Farina of Santo & Johnny, John Kuse & The Excellents and the Devotions.Fred Parris and The Satins, best known for their song, "In the Still of the Night", which remains the definitive doo wop love song, and has frequently topped New York oldies giant WCBS-FM's fan survey for greatest record of all time.With original member, Emil Stucchio, the Classics made the Top 20 in the early 60s with "Till Then." The group's strength lay in their handling of ballads -- they love reviving '20s and '30s standards such as "P.S. I Love You".
