Leapin' Lizards!  Broadway in Jackson has announced that an all-new tour of the iconic Tony Award-winning musical ANNIE will play at Thalia Mara Hall on May 3rd, 2023. Tickets for the Jackson engagement go on sale Friday, December 2nd, 2023.

Fences by August Wilson comes to New Stage Theatre in April 2023. Performances run April 18-22 and 25-29, 2023 @ 7:30 p.m. and April 23 and 30, 2023 @ 2 p.m.

MARY POPPINS JR comes to Laurel Little Theatre in June 2023. Performances run June 1-2 at 730pm, June 3 at both 2pm & 730pm, and June 4 at 2pm. The production is directed by Lacy Cockrell with Musical Direction by Shane Cockrell.

The Mississippi Museum of Art (MMA) will present Maude Schuyler Clay: Portraits of a Place, an exhibition of nearly 100 photographic works by the artist from the early 1980s to the present, including intimate family portraits, still-life images of fruit, haunting landscapes, and glass plate images taken by Clay’s grandfather, Joseph Albert May. Judge May was a photo hobbyist and influence on Clay’s career.

Laurel Little Theatre has announcesdtheir upcoming 62nd year, 'A SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS SEASON!' that begins the end of July. The season opener will be the new Broadway musical 'SOMETHING ROTTEN' running the weekends of July 29-31 and August 5-7.

The Mississippi Museum of Art will present Jamal Cyrus: The End of My Beginning, the first museum survey of celebrated Houston-born artist Jamal Cyrus (b.1973). On view from October 29, 2022 - March 3, 2023, the exhibition spans 15 formative years of Cyrus's multidisciplinary practice from 2005 to 2020.

Explore the wonderful world of musical theatre during this two-week full day camp for 5th - 12th grade graduates. (Entering 5th grade 2022). ​Campers will be divided into age groups and rotate through fun and exciting performing arts classes and activities daily!
