Drury Lane Hosts Festive Santa Buffets 12/21-23

Don't miss the chance to meet Santa Claus at Drury Lane, 100 Drury Lane, on Wednesday, December 21 at 5 p.m., Thursday, December 22 at 6 p.m., and Friday, December 23 at 6 p.m. during their festive "Santa Buffets." Drury Lane will also host an elegant Christmas Brunch on Sunday, December 25 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The lavish brunch, which is a popular annual tradition, will include a delicious selection of holiday favorites and other specialties. The "Santa Buffets" include tickets to the Tony Award-winning musical THE SOUND OF MUSIC, now playing through January 8. Performance times are 2:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21 and 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 22 and Friday, December 23. The "Santa Buffets" feature an extensive menu including Butternut Squash Soup, Beef Bourguignon, Waldorf Salad, Baked Norwegian Salmon, Rigatoni Pasta Country Style, Slow Roasted Turkey and Apple Chestnut Dressing, Baked Virginia Ham and Honey Mustard, Slow Roasted Prime Rib Au Jus with Creamy Spinach and Yorkshire Pudding, as well as sumptuous homemade desserts and a children's buffet station. The Buffet/Show price for children is $40 and the Buffet/Show price for adults ranges from $60-$65.

The December 25 Christmas Brunch features starters including Chilled Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce, Smoked Gravlax with Cream Cheese, Bruschetta, Deviled Eggs, freshly baked Breads, Muffins, and Rolls, assorted International Cheeses with Crackers, Fresh Seasonal Vegetables, and Garden, Spinach, Caesar and Crabmeat Salads. Heartier fare includes Meatballs with Marinara Sauce, Cheese Manicotti, Italian Sausage with Sweet Bell Peppers, Baked Norwegian Salmon, Crab Cakes, Candied Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallow Topping, Honey Glazed Acorn Squash, and Homemade Country-Style Rigatoni and Fresh Egg Fettuccini with Chef's Choice of Sauce.

At the Carving Station guests are invited to indulge in Slow-Roasted Turkey, Baked Virginia Ham with Honey Mustard, Roast Leg of Lamb, with trimmings including Traditional Herb Stuffing, Homemade Butter-Whipped Mashed Potatoes, and a delicious Turkey Gravy. A Kids' Station features Pizza, Chicken Fingers, Corn Dogs and Tater Tots. A sumptuous Dessert Buffett includes a selection of homemade Pumpkin, Apple and Pecan Pies; Chocolate Mousse; Pumpkin Cheesecake; Crème Brûlée; Rice Pudding; a variety of gourmet Tortes; an Ice Cream Sundae Station; and a Fresh Fruit Station.
