I’ll be there, as well. This is my most anticipated new musical of the season.

"I’ll be there, if it actually happens."

I hope it does for young boy in the show (Atticus Ware) who will be making his Broadway debut. I have mentioned a few times my oldest daughter is his tap teacher in Charlotte NC.

I'll be there tomorrow if all goes as planned. I spoke to a performer I know in the company last night and it seems to be very high stress over there right now. Wishing them all the best tonight.

They would normally be stressed anyway just because it is the first performance. The virus thing and wondering if this show will ever have a chance to officially open is adding to it sadly.

I had tickets to see this on the 28th through Linctix. On the website, they are saying that they are just doing refunds. I see that I cannot purchase a ticket at all now because it says I already used my purchase for that production. I'm guessing this will change after they do refunds?

This was set to be a limited run. Hoping Broadway is back up & running by April 13. I just hope this show doesn't get nixed because of their limited run.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

I didn't realize this was a limited run until yesterday. I don't think I had seen the end date before then. If the theater doesn't have anything else lined up, perhaps they can adjust the dates of the run once Broadway reopens?

It usually resets when the refund is processed.

i had a ticket for Sunday Flying Over Sunset - Previews Thread

someone chime in: does the fact that LCT is not-for-profit and in total control of its own schedule mean this is likely to survive, ie open in May and run for a few months (but maybe with different cast, as needed)?

Someone in the cast wrote they’re looking forward to their new spring opening. So that’s hopeful.

That is good to hear. I wonder if they continue to rehearse or the cast takes a bit of a break.

Well two cast members from two yet to open shows wrote that they have three weeks off, so I’m guessing that means they’re planning to come back a week before.

We could all pretend we were there tonight, and describe in elaborate detail what we “experienced.”. We could all use a break from reality. One of those “and then...” games. Everybody gets one sentence at a time. I’ll start:

My favorite part was when Carmen Cusack rode a giant unicorn that shot acid from its horn into the five front rows of the orchestra. And then...

...and I’ll be very honest here, I didn’t expect James Lapine to use the exact same choreography from his “Annie” revival here. It made zero sense to see Tony Yazbeck doing the “Little Girls” choreo while peeing his name in fake snow while Jeremy Kushnier threw knives at fake babies tied to a spinning wheel.

I just would love to see the show curtain or something!!! It’s exciting having a brand new cold open on Broadway!

What the curtain looks like depends on how hard you’re tripping

I heard a cast member at the stage door say that they are making a cast album that if you play backwards becomes a trippy soundtrack to An Affair to Remember.
