The Sweeney Todd Table had some shirts, playbills, and magnets. Nothing too exciting.

My biggest purchases were:

a sign from Mean Girls that says "#FollowMe. I'm the line for the ladies room."

Caberet hoodie

Fake Tony award opening night gift from Spiderman: Turn off the Dark

A bunch of sippy cups

Sunday in the Park with George shirt

Company OBC CD

I notice the CD selections are getting more sparse as I continue to attend. Like it seems to be more junk than actual cast recordings.

Tyne is so nice. I could stand there all day just to watch her try and sell that junk jewelry, like she’s doing her own QVC show for five hours.

I’m gonna echo everyone saying things were overpriced. Table volunteers even seemed smug about their pricing. $15 for mugs - not even official Broadway mugs - is super steep. I was also hoping for more prop-type things but there was very little selection for items of that sort. Most stuff was from post-2000 in general.

Here’s what I picked up:

SpongeBob program $5
Oh, Hello magnet $1
Angels in America souvenir cup $5
Lobby Hero promotional script $10
Three Tall Women glass $1

Came away with a full cast signed Lobby Hero playbill, a Hamilton Public Theatre windowcard reprint, some Broadway cares DVDs, a couple of other signed playbills, and a pic with Jay Armstrong Johnson. Definitely no bargains though.

I remember that from a couple of years ago. I didn't see her when I went by this year though. But, she was really funny and really into selling her stuff.

And, like always, the flea market was filled with kids who were SCREAMING and crying when they found a playbill they want. As if they couldn’t buy it for a dollar on eBay any day of the week. I’ll never understand that.

Did Once ever have an actual window card? I have a poster with Milioti and Kazee but was a standard window card produced when they left the cast?

I dont think so. The window card with Kazee and Milioti also has the Jacobs theatre name on it. I bought one signed by the cast during their BC/EFA fundraising drive. The woman selling them said that once those were gone, there wouldn't be another. They were selling well signed but not without signatures.

LightsOut90, what's on the Great Comet Tony Voter kit?

(Also, keep these accounts coming. I really want to make it to Broadway flea someday)

They had cast-signed playbills and reduced the price of everything on their table to $1 in the final hour.

Had a great time this year! It was still very crowded (which is inevitable), but I feel like I was able to navigate the tables easier than last year without waiting for too long. I agree about some prices being very expensive for a flea market.

Some of my finds:
- Half of a star set piece from Carousel

- Props from the current My Fair Lady revival

- Mean Girls burn book page

- Signed Anastasia photo

- Lights of Broadway trading cards

- Carousel press program

So happy I was able to go to this. Despite the (loud) crowds and people having a habit of stopping in the middle of the sidewalk so you couldn't walk (which, to be fair, happens at every flea market ever LOL), I had a marvelous time and it was definitely worth the 3 hour drive. We will be going back next year, definitely. I didn't get a chance to stop for the poster, though--does anyone know if BC/EFA sells any of the leftover posters later on in the year?

Managed to snag a full set of the signed Anastasia posters I'd been envious of ever since the first anniversary posters were released, an opening night shot glass from Anastasia ($10, which I didn't think was that bad), the Tony voter packages for A Doll's House Pt 2 and The Little Foxes (two of my favorite plays, and TLF is my favorite play period), and one of the Carousel star pieces. I spent more than I expected, but it was still fun!

Other highlight: Tyne Daly's table! What a kind, funny woman; I could have stayed at that table all day listening to her talk about her career or the items she was selling.

One question for folks: the Tony voter package for Hello, Dolly! was on sale at the Telecharge booth for a whopping $300; does anyone know why that one was literally 10x as expensive as all the other packages? Especially since I saw people mention finding the flipbooks elsewhere for $20 or so?

Today I witnessed a pair of teen girls shriek with glee over pulling a Mamma Mia! cast recording CD out of a box of CDs.

I'm happy with my High Society (which someone wanted as soon as I pulled it) and Speed the Plow w/ Madonna Playbills.

The flip books of Bette's dinner scene? I got one for $1 and that was at the beginning of the day! What else was included in the Tony voter package? Was it signed by Bette? $300 seems outrageous.

It was very crowded especially tables such as mean girls. For $450 (including my train ticket and lunch), i was able to get pictures with Barrett and Erika, a Taylor signed “fugly cow”, a math test signed by Kerry and Erika, a Kate signed ribbon, a tree branch from Frozen, an ornament, bracelet, and picture frame from Anastasia, a flip book and Review book of Hello Dolly, dear Evan Hansen Tony book, bandstand playbill, a mystery bag from wicked (which had a signed photo of Lindsay Mendez and Mandy Gonzalez), and a drawing and pie from waitress. Good day to me!

Was really looking for a GHD script/props but I didn't know what to actually look for. And I was looking for a War Paint magnet and they were sold out at the theater when I went closing nice, so they were sold out at the flea as well.

I did feel very successful though, and walked away with everything I really wanted and more:

GHD windowcard - $15

SITPWG poster - $1

one of those Broadway Cares ornaments and totes that are always insanely overpriced - $30

Falsettos Playbill in almost perfect condition (screaming) - $10

2 Kinky Boots cups - $5

Spongebob Program and Rockettes program - $4 total

6 Pik-A-Tkt - $5

Full cast signed War Paint playbill - $15 (snagged right at the end)

And I ended up winning the matinee to SOR so I got a program and a magnet there as well. Loved the show!

This is unlikely, but I’m curious to know if anyone on this board bought the Norbert Leo Butz signed mug of beer from My Fair Lady? I’m jealous of you whoever you are.

Also, on the auction stage while showing off some Sondheim signed music, Jen Cody said “Personally, I don’t like Sondheim but I’m sure there are plenty of people here who do” and that just stopped me dead in my tracks.

Marianne2 said: "It is a strange crowd. Like some tables I got through right away on. Some, like Mean Girls, was mobbed. It is crowded, but more tolerable than last year. I'm not just saying it to be nice because I get anxiety attacks if I start feeling crammed and I also started the day not feeling well. I think not having insane lines for certain tables is helping that a little. I am not looking for playbills and windowcards though, so maybe that's why I'm not feeling so overwhelmed with searching."

I went later in the day (maybe around 3pm or later) and it was a great time for sales. I got SO MANY T-SHIRTS. They were practically giving them away. I think I felt similarly. I don't mind digging through shirts because there are some good finds but I've lost my taste for digging through playbills and windowcards and the day moves a lot more smoothly if you skip those tables. There was a lot of Hedwig at Creative Goods and I was surprised to see Hello Dolly, Matilda, Amelie, and War Paint stuff surface at other tables. I was also surprised that there were some good deals at Frozen on T-shirts (3 for $5) since I usually skip the Wicked and Disney tables because they're out of my budget.

My favorite find was my $2 War Paint mug. I wanted it since I saw the show but I was betting it might surface one day at the flea.

Where did you find it for $1? Curtain Call? But yeah, the package was the flipbook, the OBC CD, the collected reviews book, and the original Bette program. I couldn't get a good enough look at the program to see if it was signed, but I don't think it was. The only thing I had never seen before was the collected reviews book which, while hardcover, was not worth the asking price if something in there wasn't signed.

Oh, just out of curiosity, anyone know what the "I'm the Mary, you're the Rhoda" mugs were from? I think it was at the Roundabout table. White mug, pink font. I was tempted because they were so gigantic you could drink soup out of them but I was already feeling pretty weighed down by my haul.
