Post your mail to the New World Stages address and specify on the envelope which performer of which show it’s intended for.
Movie musicals surprised dont have stage addptions Oct 14

Mrs Santa Claus with Angela Lansbury featuring music from Jerry Herman was always one of my favorite movie musicals. Since it has a holiday theme, I’m sure that’s what has prevented it from getting up on the stage. It would be a hard sell outside of the holiday season.

Not strict at all. They ask for the credit card or photo I.D. But, most of the time, they don’t ask to verify your identity at all.

Received a cast-signed playbill from the Donna Summer Musical. No donation request.
Has anyone had any success with Anthony Boyle?
Also: Hugh Dancy has always been good with fan mail. If it’s taking him a while right now, I’d attribute it to the show still being in previews, and his new baby.

Address it to the Public Theater and specify what show/stage manager the mail is intended for.

A majority of their merch still remained at the end (which is counterproductive when the goal is to sell and raise money). But, here are my best finds:

Like others have mentioned, one table had a tote bag. One table was also selling the window card they gave to the cast for the first preview. I bought that and came back later and they had another. It was $200, but totally worth it to me."
Also saw several HP pride playbills that were cast-signed on the Part Two playbills. They were being sold for $60

Wow! I didn't see any items from My Fair Lady when I went (I arrived after 6pm.... when most vendors were already packing up.) I did watch the remainder of the live auction and felt it wasn't as exciting as last year's (when people had

They had cast-signed playbills and reduced the price of everything on their table to $1 in the final hour.

Rumor on another post is that the new cast will begin performances March 20

Phantom masks? No. I’ve heard in the past that all Phantom masks are archived. All Phantom usually has is stage sheet music/programs (signed and unsigned), black name plates from past ensemble performers, and pieces of props.

It’s definitely worth it. Autograph/photobooths with Broadway stars, show tables with one of a kind signed merchandise like props and playbills/posters. Theatrical organizations have booths set up as well selling playbills, programs, scripts, props, opening night gifts, etc. It gets really crowded so, like the previous poster said, prioritize what you’d be devastated to miss out on and do that first. I’ve accomplished a lot in the one day that it runs, but, I’ve been going for 5 years so I know
