230 Fifth (Nomad) This is New York City's largest outdoor rooftop garden and fully enclosed penthouse lounge. The spacious, attractive garden area is open to the sky with great seating options and fabulous views. 230 Fifth offers artisanal cocktails, global bites and weekend brunches. Hotel Chantelle (Lower East Side) This spot has one of the most beautiful rooftops in the neighborhood with a welcoming and stylish ambiance. Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar (FiDi) Located on the 16th floor of The Conrad Hilton, this rooftop features sweeping views of the Hudson River, Statue of Liberty and the New York Harbor. A popular favorite is the Prosecco & Ice Pop cocktail is a fruity People's Pop ice pop topped with chilled Prosecco or Rose from their own tap. Gallow Green (Chelsea) This lush garden hideaway is located atop The McKittrick Hotel, the home of Sleep No More. Opening on 4/20 for guests, their weekend buffet brunches will begin on 4/28. Refinery Rooftop (Garment District) Refinery Rooftop is the crown jewel of the Refinery Hotel. It is a year-round rooftop lounge and nothing quite compares to a spring afternoon sipping on a Frosé with breathtaking Empire State views. To kick off this rooftop season, Refinery is introducing a Spring Rosé menu, complete with a Sparkling Rosé cocktail, Wölffer Dry Rosé Cider on draft, or a Frosé Slushie. Monarch Rooftop (Herald Square) Monarch, which opened in 2013 and has become one of New York City's most popular rooftop lounges. It consists of an expansive 5,000 square feet of interior and exterior space with two bars, and a spectacular view of the nearby Empire State Building. Cantina Rooftop (Hell's Kitchen) This is one of New York City's more expansive rooftop restaurants and cocktail bars. It will reopen for the summer season on April 18th with newly appointed Executive Chef Saul Montiel.
