Cast Announced for Steppenwolf for Young Adults' 1984
(7/7/2015) - Steppenwolf for Young Adults (SYA) is pleased to announce casting for the first production of its 2015/16 season, George Orwell's 1984, adapted by Andrew White and directed by SYA Artistic and Educational Director Hallie Gordon. Gordon, who directed last season's sold-out production of Animal Farm, brings Orwell's dystopian masterpiece to the stage in a cutting edge, multi-media production with projection design by Joseph A. Burke and photography direction by Joel Moorman.
Lifeline Theatre to Present MISS BUNCLE'S BOOK

Strawdog Theatre Company Announces Move
(7/6/2015) - Strawdog Theatre Company and Artistic Director Hank Boland announce that Strawdog Theatre Company will be leaving its home at 3829 North Broadway Ave. at the conclusion of its 2015 - 2016 28th Season in June 2016. Real estate developments on the block have caused the move for the Company. Strawdog has been at the current location, both its administrative offices and theatre spaces, for 25 years, since its third production Temptation by Vaclav Havel in 1990.
