Fitness Tip of the Day: Stay Active After Exercise

Getting in your daily exercise doesn't mean you can slack off the rest of the day. To the contrary, sitting a computer for a few hours will actually cause your body to stop making lipase, a fat-inhibiting enzyme.

To counter this effect, you should get up and walk for just a couple minutes each hour, which will burn approximately 59 calories a day and keep your fat-burning cells working.
