The Brown Paper Box Co. returned to Davenport's Piano Bar & Cabaret last Saturday night, September 7, with an exciting new incarnation of CHARACTER BREAKDOWN: A Miscast Cabaret. This one-night-only event featured solos and duets performed by Brown Paper Box Co. artistic associates and previous cast members who would never get the chance to play these particular role because of discrepancies of gender, age, race, or voice part. Anderson and Stephanie Rohr*), "Mr. Cellophane" (CHICAGO; sung by Anna Schutz*), "My Own Best Friend" (CHICAGO; sung by David Lipschutz* and Nick Shoda*), "Popular" (WICKED; sung by David Lipschutz*), "Bali Ha'i" (SOUTH PACIFIC; sung by Michelle Kritselis*), "Hello Little Girl" (INTO THE WOODS; sung by Pavi Proczko and Anna Schutz*), "Diva's Lament (What Ever Happened to My Part?)" (SPAMALOT; sung by T.J. Anderson), "The Life of the Party" (THE WILD PARTY; sung by Nick Shoda*), and "(Ya Got) Trouble" (THE MUSIC MAN; sung by Stephanie Rohr*).

Music direction and accompaniment was provided by Justin Harner. The event was hosted by Brown Paper Box Co. artistic associates Stephanie Rohr and Nick Shoda.
