'Be Our Guest' as the brainy and beautiful Belle yearns to escape her poor provincial life much to the dismay of the village Brute Gaston. The FVR Youth Ensemble cast will take you on an adventure with Belle that leads her to find her missing father at the castle in exchange for being captive by the Beast! Don't worry, the dancing flatware, menacing wolves and singing furniture will keep Belle company as her enchanted journey unfolds like a beautiful rose! This beloved fairy tale about very different people finding strength in one another and learning how to love will keep both young and old alike entertained. Audiences will be captivated as the FVR Youth Ensemble proudly presents a number of memorable songs including "Be Our Guest," "Something There," and "Home."

"This is a show about discovering who you are and becoming who you want to be. It is about how you are perceived. In thinking about all that we came up with the idea of: What is in your west wing? The beast hides his enchanted rose and the rest of his secrets in that area of his castle. He also hides himself there. In this show we try to ask that question of each character thereby bringing the importance of self discovery to the front," says Director Patrick Stinson.

"Being the newly appointed managing director for FVR is fantastic, but not as much fun as working with these great young actors," adds Stinson. "The kids have such great ideas and are really great in their roles. The audience is really in for a treat."

Disney's Beauty and the Beast Jr. will be presented on Saturdays; July 25, August 1, and August 8 at 10:30am, and on Sunday; August 9, at 7pm on the Pheasant Run Resort Mainstage. Tickets are only $10 and can be purchased by calling 630-584-6342 or by visiting www.foxvalleyrep.org.
