After its acclaimed Broadway, touring and international productions, The Muny will be the first theatre in the world to create its own production of Jersey Boys. The Muny announced today the iconic leading quartet will star Emmy-nominated Mark Ballas as Frankie Valli, Bobby Conte Thornton as Bob Gaudio, Nicolas Dromard as Tommy DeVito and Keith Hines as Nick Massi. The fourth production in the theatre's centennial season, Jersey Boysruns July 9 - 16. Jersey Boys is directed and choreographed by Josh Rhodes with music direction by Rick Bertone. Jersey Boys is proudly sponsored by BMO Harris Bank.

The Muny announced today that Tony nominees Christopher Sieber and Jennifer Simard will star as the stoically affluent Daddy Warbucks and the deliciously wicked Miss Hannigan, respectively, in the theatre's centennial season production of Annie, July 18 - 25. The Muny announced today the leading trio that will star in the theatre's centennial season production of Singin' in the Rain, June 27 - July 3. Broadway, film and television stars Corbin Bleu and Jeffrey Schecter will portray Don Lockwood and Cosmo Brown, respectively, and former Muny Kid, Muny Teen and Indiana University student Berklea Going will star as Kathy Selden. The Muny announced today that Broadway director and writer Gordon Greenberg will revise the book for Meet Me In St. Louis, August 4 - 12. This production, the 8th in Muny history, will also include several songs new to the stage adaptation of Meet Me In St. Louis, including 'Boys and Girls Like You and Me,' a song written by Rodgers & Hammerstein for Oklahoma! and then recorded for, but ultimately cut, from the film of Meet Me In St. Louis. This production will also include the first stage use of 'You and I,' a song in the film by Nacio Herb Brown and Arthur Freed.

Rob McClure will star as 'The Setter' in Jerome Robbins' Broadway, the opening production of The Muny's historic 100th season. 'The Setter' serves as the evening's narrator and performs throughout the show, including the roles of 'Pa' in High Button Shoes and 'Tevye' in Fiddler on the Roof. Jerome Robbins' Broadway is directed by Cynthia Onrubia and Chris Bailey serves as production supervisor. Music direction is by Michael Horsley.

Programming a theatre season for a major regional theatre can be a major challenge, to put it mildly.
