The Theater Center History
The Theater Center has been home to off-Broadway theatre, acting classes, and artists’ event spaces. The current complex, on 50th and Broadway, opened on April 18th, 2005. It is a 20,000-square-foot state-of-the-art entertainment center consisting of two theaters with a total seating capacity of 398, rehearsal studios, contemporary lobbies, WiFi, two bars with cabaret-style seating, and two merchandise stands.
