Black Women on Broadway (BWOB) recently held its fifth annual awards celebration, honoring Debra Martin Chase, Whitney White, Alana Raquel Bowers, and Destiny Lilly for their contributions to the theater industry. The event was hosted by BWOB co-founders Danielle Brooks, Amber Iman, and Jocelyn Bioh.

The Beautiful City Project will present FAME: THE MUSICAL at the McGrath Family Performing Arts Center in Wilmette, IL, with proceeds benefiting a yet-to-be-announced charity. The cast includes veterans of Marriott, Drury Lane, and Music Theater Works productions.

There is plenty of fun to be had in this light-hearted musical.

Following its world premiere in Fürth, Theater Magdeburg now presents a musically and dramaturgically refined production featuring a sensationally talented young cast.
