BIRDLAND THEATER will present the return of living legend Marilyn Maye for a special seven-show holiday engagement from Thursday, December 29 through Sunday, January 1, including the “New Year’s Eve Extravaganza!” on Saturday, December 31.

Berkshire Theatre Group has announced the 2023 winter and spring season at The Colonial Theatre in Pittsfield. A new revival of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s rock opera Evita is headed to the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University in May 2023, led by Terrie and Bradley Bloom Artistic Director Diane Paulus and Executive Director Kelvin Dinkins, Jr. The A.R.T., in association with Shakespeare Theatre Company, will produce Evita May 14 - July 16, 2023 at the Loeb Drama Center in Harvard Square.

Performance Space New York has announced the Spring 2023 season of its Healing Series, the second part of its year-long reflection on the political potency of healing and the role performance plays in it, in the midst of what feels like a momentous shift in art-making to foreground modes and practices of care.

BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present the return of Karen Mason with her concert “Christmas! Christmas! Christmas!” on Monday, December 19 at 7:00 PM. Mason’s legendary holiday show features unique interpretations of old and new seasonal classics.
