Broadway and West End leads Robert Fairchild and Leanne Cope will reprise their show-stopping turns as the American GI Jerry Mulligan and the young Parisian dancer Lise Dassin in Australia in An American In Paris, with two of the country's leading lights Cameron Holmes and Dimity Azoury from The Australian Ballet, to alternate in the lead roles.

The 2021-2022 Peace Broadway Season at the Peace Center has announced its full season and we have the complete schedule which will feature Tony Award-winners, fan favorites, theatrical takes on beloved films and reimagined revivals, representing the best in touring Broadway.

The musical, which famously launched the performing career of Ariana Grande, and is currently being adapted for Netflix as a movie, is making its first return to London since BTA's five-star production at the Ambassadors Theatre in 2017.

In 2016 and 2017, I had the great pleasure of attending the Triangle Rising Star Awards at the Durham Performing Arts Center. In 2018 and 2019, I wasn't able to do so due to other commitments I had when they were being held. Last year, the 10th annual show was set to take place on May 28th with former American Idol runner-up, Broadway alum, and Raleigh native Clay Aiken serving as guest host. However, the COVID-19 pandemic (which took full swing in March of 2020) ended up forcing DPAC to suspend performances until further notice. Though this year, the Triangle Rising Star Awards have returned (albeit, virtually), and I was able to tune in from the comfort of my home.

The Really Useful Group in London has authorized a special, limited engagement of The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber to be produced almost entirely with Utah talent for Utah audiences in celebration of the return of live performance to  Utah stages. The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber will feature iconic songs from Lloyd Webber's most popular shows  including The Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Jesus Christ Superstar,  Evita and others.
