In the spring, theatres return to their season, bringing art back to the masses. The Atlanta theatre schedule this spring is one you can’t miss. Here are nine shows we’re most looking forward to this spring.

PEN America today announces the presenters introducing the 2022 Literary Awards' three career achievement honorees, and the performers who will take the stage at New York City's Town Hall (123 W. 43rd St.) for the momentous celebration of this year's most resonant literature, held on February 28 as an in-person event hosted by Emmy Award-winning late night host Seth Meyers.

Disney's beloved Olivier Award-winning stage musical Beauty and the Beast - re-imagined and re-designed in a completely new production staged by members of the original award-winning creative team – will come to Birmingham in 2022, as part of the recently opened UK & Ireland Tour.

The Tuesday, January 18 performance of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR has been postponed due to travel conditions impacted by recent weather events. The show will go on as scheduled the remaining Wednesday-Sunday performances.

Performing Arts Fort Worth, the non-profit owner and operator of Bass Performance Hall, announced today that DEAR EVAN HANSEN, winner of six Tony Awards® including Best Musical, will host a digital ticket lottery offering fans the chance to purchase a limited number of $25 tickets available per performance. The show makes its long-awaited Bass Hall debut in a limited engagement January 4-9 as part of the 2021-2022 Broadway at the Bass season.

The nationally regarded Fulton Theatre in partnership with Greenfield continues the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) Speaker Series with it's production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella. The Series of four events throughout the season continues Sunday, December 5 at 5:00 pm at the Fulton Theatre, with AnnEliza Canning-Skinner (Fairy Godmother), Manna Nichols (Cinderella), and Kalen Robinson (Stepsister Grace). Tickets are FREE to the community, but reservations are required.

The Green Room 42 has announced their line-up through the end of November. Located inside YOTEL Times Square (570 Tenth Avenue, Fourth Floor), The Green Room 42 is Broadway's newest, most spacious, and funkiest cabaret club.

Following phenomenal demand, an additional performance of AN EVENING WITH BARLOW AND BEAR at the Underbelly Speigeltent, Leicester Square has been added on Monday 22 November at 9.15pm, following the sold out 7.30pm performance.

An Australian stage classic written by playwright Ray Lawler – who turned 100 this year – is coming to Stirling Theatre.
